We decided that we wanted to get a jump on Halloween (the fact that we got this adorable witchy panel in has nothing to do with it!…and it glows!!!). We hope that you can see in the video the “glow” of the panel, ’cause it is fabulous! Who doesn’t like something that glows? The Trick or Treat bags are a wonderful safety feature for the little ghouls and goblins hitting the sidewalks in the dark.
